After a full and decorated career as a leader in the US Army, Zach began a second career as an entrepreneur. Beginning with a small government contracting company and later purchasing a residential and commercial cleaning company, he entered the world of digital marketing out of his own frustration with achieving his marketing goals.

“For too long the digital marketing world has been able to hide inefficiency behind a smoke screen of nebulous vocabulary and confusion. It is time for transparency. Published upfront prices, performance guarantees and clear plans of action should be normal, and at Command Placement that is how we work.” – Zach Ventresca

Zach’s vision has brought together leaders in all aspects of digital marketing in order to provide a comprehensive solution to Command Placement’s clients. This ensures that businesses achieve their full potential even in the middle of this digital jungle, and allows business owners the freedom to focus on what they do best.

Why Choose COMMAND Placement?

In order to explain why Command Placement exists, how we are different, and what we can do for you, I need to explain how we came to be a company. My family and I were transferred to Austin, TX towards the end of my military career. After deciding to stay in Austin after retirement I began looking for businesses to purchase. Finally settling on a struggling, but established window cleaning and pressure washing company, I began the process of rebuilding and growing that company.

Like many others in this industry, my new company was primarily an analog company. Lots of paper invoices, mailing post cards and even carbon form! The most pressing demand was to establish a comprehensive digital presence. Unfortunately, in our current business environment, this proved to be nearly impossible! After several meetings to discuss budgets, needs and strategy, one well-known local agency presented a proposal that would cost $96,000 in just the first year. At the time, however, our annual gross revenue was only projected to be $350,000, the proposal was for 28% of the entire year’s gross revenue! Clearly, they did not actually understand the needs of a small company.

After several other false starts I finally found a partner, kind of. This partner actually did what they said they would, but constantly ran over our established monthly budget. Finally realizing that I really could not afford what they were doing, with an average monthly invoice of 30-40% higher than target, I decided to cancel the service. When the cancellation was complete, which was a daunting process, we lost everything! The website, blog articles, social media posts, domain access, SEO ranking, keyword history, phone number, EVERYTHING WAS GONE! All of the content and work that had been paid for disappeared. It took a lawyer to reclaim the domain and phone number, but the rest was owned by the agency.

So, I had to start again, this time determined to learn from my mistakes and find, or cobble together, a team that could achieve results within an established budget, without holding my business hostage. A motley crew of subject matter experts was assembled, and it all worked. My cleaning business was thriving, thanks to a near perfect digital presence. Consistent branding, budgeting and placement have enabled a renewed focus on operations, and the growth is unstoppable. This is really where the Command Placement story begins.

Recognizing the incredible value of the team that had been created, and the intense need of other small business owners, Command Placement was born. Like most innovative companies, Command Placement exists to solve a problem, drive change and challenge the status quo. Most businesses do not exist to market, they market in order to provide their core services to an ideal client. Our core service is to help your business achieve its full potential in the middle of a digital jungle. In order to prove our commitment to the goal of challenging the current establishment we will always:

  • Publish our prices on our website. We don’t need to know your budget, you can check our prices, before you contact us.
  • No long term contracts. We will earn your business every 30 days.
  • Our performance is guaranteed. We will evaluate your needs and establish a timeline. If we don’t meet our goals, you get your money back.
  • You will have a real, US based, native English speaking, point of contact. I personally guarantee that you will be able to contact us with questions as they arise.

We custom tailor all of our services to your needs, market and industry. Ask any other digital marketing company to match our price, guarantee, and track record and you will never hear from them again. You owe it to yourself to at least see what we have to offer. Let us worry about your marketing, and free yourself to focus on your business, spend time with your family, and live life on your terms. After all, isn’t that why you are in business?
